• All services included are for the pet enrolled in the plan only and cannot be applied to other pets.

• Does not include any medications required after surgeries covered by the plan 

• ***If the plan is cancelled before 365 days, all charges incurred during plan enrollment will be charged at rate without plan discounts (including items that would be complimentary with the plan) and payment will be due at time of cancellation.***
